As an action- and results-oriented organization, our initiatives represent our continuing pursuit of ground-breaking solutions to some of our society’s most pressing issues.  We have maximized our research and technical expertise to ensure that our projects remain evidence-informed and responsive to changing local realities.  Inclusion, participation, and quality are inherent principles that inform the design and implementation of our initiative.

Our Approach

We look at development as a complex process and as an ongoing project that requires collaborative and multi-pronged efforts.  We create synergies and work with partners at different levels to ensure that our initiatives create the most meaningful results. We emphasize the need to include the most marginalized sectors and provide enabling conditions wherein such groups are able to exercise their rights and represent themselves.  We improvise and find better ways of addressing issues.  And most importantly, we value the process of continuous learning.
